This Privacy Policy explains how fishing-cv.com (the "Site") collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors. It applies to everyone who uses the Site and submits an enquiry through its contact form.

Data you give us yourself (via the enquiry form):

• e-mail address;
• the content of your message, including preferred travel dates, group size and your requirements for the trip.

Data collected automatically:

• date and time of your visit;
• strictly necessary cookies (session identifier PHPSESSID and your language preference).

We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, religion, political views) and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

Under Article 6(1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we rely on:

• your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you submit the enquiry form;
• performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — when we correspond about and arrange your trip;
• our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping the Site secure and protected against automated spam and attacks.

We use your data to:

• respond to your enquiry;
• contact you about your request and the terms of a booking;
• conclude and perform a service agreement;
• keep the Site operational and secure.

We do not use your data for marketing or newsletter purposes without your separate consent.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — for as long as the correspondence is active and the request is being handled, and thereafter for no longer than [to be added] from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

Where Google Analytics 4 is used, data may also be processed on Google servers in the United States; Google states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use:

• PHPSESSID — strictly necessary to maintain your session; the enquiry form cannot work without it;
• l — remembers your chosen interface language.

These cookies are always set, as the Site cannot function without them.

Analytics cookies — only with your consent. On your first visit the Site shows a consent banner. Until you click “Accept”, neither Yandex.Metrica nor Google Analytics is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. If you choose “Necessary only”, analytics is not activated at all.

With your consent we use:

• Yandex.Metrica — counter No. 99659829 (YANDEX LLC, Russian Federation): traffic volume, referral sources, click map, session replay. Sets _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc.
• Google Analytics 4 — data stream ID G-V8K5DYJZMS (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland; processing may take place on Google servers in the United States): statistics on visits and interactions with the Site. Sets _ga, _ga_V8K5DYJZMS; data is retained for up to 14 months. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the Site’s cookies in your browser settings — the banner will then be shown again, and analytics will stay off until you consent once more.

We do not use cookies to track you across other websites and we do not pass analytics data to advertising networks. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect how the Site works.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
