1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how fishing-cv.com (the "Site") collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors. It applies to everyone who uses the Site and submits an enquiry through its contact form.
Where this policy refers to "we", "us" or "the controller", it means the entity named above.
2. What data we collect
Data you give us yourself (via the enquiry form):
- name;
- telephone number;
- e-mail address;
- the content of your message, including preferred travel dates, group size and your requirements for the trip.
Data collected automatically:
- IP address, browser and device type, interface language;
- date and time of your visit;
- strictly necessary cookies (session identifier PHPSESSID and your language preference).
We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, religion, political views) and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis
Under Article 6(1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we rely on:
- your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — when you submit the enquiry form;
- performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — when we correspond about and arrange your trip;
- our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping the Site secure and protected against automated spam and attacks.
We use your data to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- contact you about your request and the terms of a booking;
- conclude and perform a service agreement;
- keep the Site operational and secure.
We do not use your data for marketing or newsletter purposes without your separate consent.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — for as long as the correspondence is active and the request is being handled, and thereafter for no longer than [to be added] from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only:
- with your explicit consent;
- where necessary to perform the contract — for example with a local operator or partner who arranges your trip, limited to what is strictly required;
- with hosting providers who technically operate the Site, whose access is limited to what is technically necessary;
- where we are legally obliged to disclose it to a competent authority.
International transfers. The Site is hosted on servers located in Russia. If you are in the EU/EEA, your data may therefore be transferred outside the EU/EEA. We take steps to ensure that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR; for details of these safeguards, please contact us.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy (Art. 15);
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16);
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17);
- restrict processing (Art. 18);
- data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or where the alleged infringement occurred (Art. 77).
To exercise any of these rights, write to cv9991102@gmail.com. We respond within one month of receiving your request.
7. Cookies
We use:
- PHPSESSID — strictly necessary to maintain your session; the enquiry form cannot work without it;
- l — remembers your chosen interface language.
We do not use cookies to track you across other websites. If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested first.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect how the Site works.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
9. Changes to this policy
